Camera-Ready Paper Preparation
(a) For outstanding papers recommended to SCI Journal, please prepare the final paper according to the journal requirements. We will release the outstanding paper list before 1 January, 2019.
(b) For papers published in LNCS, please prepare the camera-ready paper, according to LNCS format, and the submission deadline for LNCS camera-ready papers is December 31, 2018. The LNCS camera-ready paper should be in word or Latex format, and when you submit the camera-ready paper, please also submit the copyright form, the form can be downloaded from here.

Paper Submission Guidelines
1. All manuscripts should be submitted in PDF file format by the following system: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICAIS2019.
Note: Papers must be submitted to the appropriate section or workshop.
2. All submissions must be in English. This year we receive Full paper and Short Paper submissions. For Full papers, each paper is limited to 15 LNCS pages but not less than 12 LNCS pages including figures and references. For Short papers, the paper length is roughly 6-8 LNCS pages including figures and references. Authors should refer to the standard LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science) format to prepare their papers.

3. The submitted papers must not be previously published anywhere, and must not be submitted to any other conferences before and during the ICAIS2019 review process. Submitting a paper to the conference means that if the paper were accepted, at least one author will register and attend the conference to present the paper.

Acceptance
Manuscripts should present the current research in the areas identified in the call for papers. All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by experts in the fields and will be judged from the aspects of problem significance, contributions,originality,correctness,technical strength, quality of presentation, and relevance to the conference attendees.
